その前に、キックペダルのギヤを取り付けて、グリスを塗ります。
ここのグリスは、モリブデングリスを使用しています。
エンジン側にもギヤを取り付けて、遠心クラッチも組み付けます。
エンジンを開けたときに、キックペダルからのギヤを止めているネジが、指でクルクル回るくらい、緩んでいました。振動で緩んだのでしょうね。
さあ、様になってきました。
まだまだ、作業はいっぱいありますが、エンジンが乗ると気分が良いですね。

オイルタンクからのオイルラインは、こんな感じです。
以前は、オイルポンプからのラインが詰まっていて、焼き付き寸前になっていましたので、今回はこのラインを透明のチューブに変えて、オイルが流れているか、わかりやすくする予定です。
↓が正解です。
写真のホースは、ミッションケースからのブリーザホースです。
２ｓｔの生命線ですね。下の画像はオイルポンプです。ここに関しては、後日、詳しく記載する予定です。ミッションケースからのブリーザホースでした。
反対側は、こんな具合です。変速の具合を見るために、シフトペダルを付けてみました。
ついでにギボシの接点を、やすりで磨いてオイルを差しておきます。
少しでも、快適に長く乗るための手間ですね。
今回分は、これで終了。
