KV75エンジン組み上げ キャブレタ洗浄

キャブレタからガソリンが滲んでいます。
このてのキャブのガスケットは、紙ですから滲むのは仕方がありませんが、少しでも滲みにくくするために、ガスケットを交換します。
ガスカットを交換する前に、中を確認してみると、結構汚れていました。
ヤフオクの出品者さんも、エンジンは掛かりますが、エンジンを整備して、キャブもメンテして乗ってくださいと、コメントされておられました。

「汚れてますね。洗浄しましょう」
ショップオーナさん、言うが早いか洗浄剤と、洗浄工具をテキパキと並べます。どんな仕事も段取りが大切ですね。

画像、左上の方の楕円形のゴムは、オイルタンクを固定するゴムです。 キャブレタには、関係ないですが、一緒に映っています。エアクリーナもついでに写っています。

結構、汚れていますね。

クリーナにつけこみ、汚れを落して行きます。
その過程は・・・、他のお客さんと雑談していたので写していません(-_-;)

どうです。綺麗になったでしょう。

フロートにも汚れが、こびりついていたので、綺麗に洗浄していただきました。
フロートは、油面を調整しますので、変形させないように注意して丁寧に洗浄します。

うーん。ちっこくて可愛らしいフロートです。

とても綺麗になりました。
でも、サンデーメカニックの方には、これくらいの作業は自分でやれよ。って言われそうですね。

作業の途中、床に落ちたクリーナや油汚れを、その都度、拭き取っていらっしゃいました。床が汚れていると、人もバイクも滑って危険です。当然のことですが、見ていて気持ちが良いものです。
使わなくなった工具も、すぐさま所定の位置へ格納されます。ですから、作業中も、作業後も工具が散乱していることは、絶対にありません。
見習いたいところですが、私の作業場所は・・・(´？’；

後は、ガスケットを新調すれば、問題はなくなるはず。と思いきや、もう一点、問題がありました。実は、この作業の前に発覚していたのですが、それは、また後日に紹介しましょう。
