KV75エンジン組み上げ 交換部品です。 [KV75]
ここまでの作業で、交換した部品です。
交換後の部品も、記録用兼予備品としてとっておきますので、既に包装してあります。ちょっと画像が分かりにくいですね。
摩耗が激しかった、シフトアームです。
ヤフオクで落札した、新品のシフトアームと交換します。
多少、フォークになっている部分の長さが違っていましたが、使用可能です。
ついでに、今回は交換しませんでしたが、ピストンリングもヤフオクで手に入れておきました。
今回は、ギヤの噛み込みがきっかけで、エンジンを開いたのですが、オイルタンクからオイルが回っておらず、焼き付きかけていました。
これが、新品のリングです。
ちなみに、１ｍｍオーバサイズのピストンが入っていますので、リングも１ｍｍオーバサイズのものです。
ふぅ、まだまだ続きます。
次回は、カバーをはめるためのガスケット作りでもアップしましょうか。

横から見ると、新品同様なのですが・・・
上の画像を見れば、摩耗が激しいのが分かります。反対側はほとんど摩耗していません。
拡大してみました。かなり段差がついています。
ヤフオクで落札した、新品のシフトアームと交換します。
